Job Summary
As a hands-on MEP, you'll ensure optimal performance, cost efficiency, and reliability of building utility systems across multiple sites. This role focuses on data-driven maintenance management, cost estimation, and budget planning, while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
What you will do:
- Collect and validate performance data for utilities (electricity, water, HVAC, genset, solar, etc.).
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for downtime and recurring issues.
- Assess equipment condition to prioritize maintenance or replacement.
- Develop standardized cost estimation frameworks for MEP activities.
- Support CAPEX and OPEX budgeting with accurate cost projections.
- Review and analyze maintenance and project cost elements.
- Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance execution.
- Integrate site data into centralized dashboards for performance visibility.
- Identify opportunities for energy efficiency and cost optimization.
- Collaborate with the Chief Engineer on planning, budgeting, and system upgrades.
You will fit in this job if you:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or related field).
- 5–8 years of experience in MEP operations, maintenance, or project management.
- Strong knowledge of electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
- Proven ability in cost estimation, budgeting, and performance analysis.
- Proficient in data tools (Excel, dashboarding, or CMMS platforms).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong collaboration and communication with cross-functional teams.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven mindset.
- Familiarity with energy efficiency practices and sustainability initiatives.
