Key Responsibilities:
Store Development and Expansion:
● Conduct P&L calculations for existing stores and evaluate financial feasibility for new store development.
● Identify and secure potential store locations through negotiations with malls and property owners.
● Collaborate with contractors and designers to ensure timely and cost-effective store buildouts that meet brand specifications.
● Source necessary materials, including props, for new stores.
Sales and Performance Management:
● Monitor and update weekly offline channel sales performance, comparing targets versus achievements, and develop actionable improvement plans.
● Set monthly sales targets for individual stores in alignment with overall company objectives.
● Review and monitor retail team KPIs to ensure optimal performance.
Store Visual Merchandising:
● Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to create an engaging shopping experience.
● Ensure all stores maintain consistent and attractive visual displays that align with brand guidelines.
● Collaborate with store teams to adapt displays for promotions, new collections, or seasonal themes.
Operational Excellence:
● Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure stores run smoothly and efficiently.
● Calculate and manage commission structures for store teams.
● Coordinate repairs and service orders to maintain store functionality in a timely manner.
Training and Compliance:
● Ensure customer service training and standard operating procedures (SOPs) are consistent with company policies.
● Promote a culture of excellence by reinforcing brand values and customer-first practices
across all retail locations.
Qualifications:
● Proven experience in retail operations, store development, or a similar role.
● Strong financial acumen with the ability to calculate P&L and manage budgets.
● Solid expertise in visual merchandising and retail design principles.
● Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
● Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
● Proficiency in liaising with contractors, designers, and other stakeholders.
● Detail-oriented and results-driven with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
