Job Descriptions:

  • Manage and coordinate import and export activities
  • Handle job related to import / export shipment
  • Monitor and trac shipment to ensure timely delivery
  • Handle local (domestics) shipment
  • Resolve any issues related to customs clearance or shipment delays
  • Coordinate with shipping agencies
  • Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and policies

Job Requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree Mandarin (Mandatory) or available from Management, Transportation, Logistics or related with certification Mandarin Language
  • Available from bachelor's degree or above; Fresh graduates are also accepted
  • Excellent Mandarin language skills and can speak English, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with international stakeholders (English is a plus)
  • At least 1 years of experience related
  • Have knowledge about forwarding, EMKL Trucking, Export Import, OFF and AFF (more preferable)
  • Understand to submit outward & inward manifest to Ceisa 4.0 system
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Available to join ASAP
