Job Descriptions:
- Manage and coordinate import and export activities
- Handle job related to import / export shipment
- Monitor and trac shipment to ensure timely delivery
- Handle local (domestics) shipment
- Resolve any issues related to customs clearance or shipment delays
- Coordinate with shipping agencies
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and policies
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree Mandarin (Mandatory) or available from Management, Transportation, Logistics or related with certification Mandarin Language
- Available from bachelor's degree or above; Fresh graduates are also accepted
- Excellent Mandarin language skills and can speak English, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with international stakeholders (English is a plus)
- At least 1 years of experience related
- Have knowledge about forwarding, EMKL Trucking, Export Import, OFF and AFF (more preferable)
- Understand to submit outward & inward manifest to Ceisa 4.0 system
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
