Offline & B2B Sales Specialist
We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Offline & B2B Sales Specialist to join our growing team. This role is crucial in expanding our presence in the offline retail space and developing strong business partnerships (B2B), including corporate clients, distributors, and reseller networks.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute offline sales strategies to increase revenue and brand visibility in retail channels.
Build, maintain, and grow B2B partnerships with corporate clients, resellers, and distributors.
Conduct regular business visits to key accounts and offline retail partners across the region.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and business terms with partners and clients.
Identify new B2B business opportunities (corporate uniform projects, reseller programs, bulk sales, etc.).
Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
Coordinate closely with internal teams (Marketing, Merchandising, Supply Chain) to ensure smooth execution of offline sales programs.
Represent the company at relevant exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Offline Sales / B2B Sales, preferably in fashion retail, textiles, or related consumer goods industries.
Strong existing network in the Bandung or West Java retail / B2B market will be a plus.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
Willing to travel as needed for client visits and events.
Good knowledge of local market dynamics in Bandung and/or Indonesia to focus on sales expansion
