We are looking for an experienced and passionate
HR Operations Lead
to join one of our clients. This role is ideal for someone who is people-oriented, hands-on, and enjoys building HR systems and processes from the ground up. You will play a key role in strengthening our HR foundation and ensuring smooth operational excellence across the organization.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee end-to-end HR operations, including employee data management, payroll, benefits, and compliance.
  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve HR processes, policies, and systems to support business growth.
  • Partner with leaders and employees to drive engagement, performance, and organizational culture.
  • Manage and guide the HR Operations team to deliver high-quality support across all departments.
  • Act as a strategic HR partner to the CEO, providing insights and recommendations for HR planning and decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies while maintaining a positive employee experience.
  • Lead HR system implementation and digitalization initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from a
    reputable or top-tier university
    (Master's degree is a plus).
  • Minimum
    5 years of experience as HR Supervisor
    , or
    3 years in an Assistant Manager or similar HR Operations role
    .
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations, labor regulations, and HRIS systems.
  • Proven ability to build and improve HR systems, processes, and policies from scratch.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; a
    people-oriented leader
    who can influence and collaborate effectively.
  • Strategic thinker with strong attention to detail and a passion for continuous improvement.
