About the Role
As a Professional Learning and Development Specialist, this role involves designing and delivering learning experiences that demonstrate the application of Cambridge resources in classroom settings. The position provides support to customers before and after product adoption, assisting with implementation and ongoing engagement. Academic initiatives are guided by market requirements and regional strategies established by the Cambridge sales teams.
Based in Indonesia, this role supports schools across Southeast Asia and the NSAP region, working with local teams to deliver academic consulting, product training, and professional development in line with Cambridge's Integrated Learning and Assessment approach.
Additionally, you will:

Experience in the Southeast Asian education sector is highly desirable.
Effectiveness in this position rests on your ability to communicate and present ideas clearly—whether leading training sessions, speaking at events, or facilitating professional development workshops. Being adaptable, collaborative, and self-motivated will serve you well, especially as you navigate diverse cultural contexts and work with teams spread across different regions.
