Responsibilities :

  • Develop and translate creative ideas into campaign-ready concepts, scripts, or content angles that resonate across platforms TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).

  • Stay updated on platform algorithms, visual trends, creator formats, and viral mechanics in social media and marketplace platforms.

  • Drive ideation sessions, scriptwriting, and creative reviews.

  • Collaborate with production teams to ensure copy aligns with visuals, talent, and overall treatment.

  • Oversee creative QC of designer and multimedia results, ensuring tone, visual and storytelling quality stay intact.

  • Research and apply social trends, language, and audience insights to shape campaign relevance.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing Communication, or equivalent.

  • Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience in creative, digital, or content-driven agencies.

  • Strong communication skills to guide multidisciplinary creative teams.

  • Proven ability to build compelling campaign narratives from concept to execution.

  • Confident in client-facing discussions, presentations, and feedback handling.

  • Able to guide narrative campaigns — from concept to final delivery — including presenting overall campaign direction and outcomes to both clients and internal teams

  • Solid understanding of platform-native behavior (especially TikTok, IG Reels, YouTube Shorts), including visual pacing, hook formats, and call-to-actions.

  • Highly creative, detail-oriented, adaptable, and capable of multitasking in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines.

  • Experience in live streaming, marketplace campaigns, TVC production or event handling is a plus.

  • Bonus: Familiar with performance-based content (e.g., UGC, KOL collaboration, marketplace strategy).

  • Open-minded, adaptable, and responsive to feedback and creative direction.

  • Agile, structured, and able to balance creativity with commercial goals.

  • Strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
