Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Brand Design & Creative Officer located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Brand Design & Creative Officer will be responsible for developing and implementing brand strategies, managing branding initiatives, and ensuring consistent and effective communication across all channels. The role involves working closely with the sales team to align brand strategies with sales goals and overseeing the execution of various brand management activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce digital creative assets: Design display banners, LinkedIn carousels, infographics, and other visual content for various platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn), and create easy-to-adapt templates for the team.
  • Develop and update sales materials: Design company profiles, one-pagers for services, sales decks, and exhibition materials. You will also update materials based on monthly priorities and feedback from the sales team.
  • Establish and maintain brand guidelines: Manage and implement rules for the use of logos, colors, typography, and iconography. You will be responsible for conducting visual quality checks before materials are released to the public.
  • Create lightweight videos: Edit project documentation into short, informative, and engaging videos for various social media formats like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and LinkedIn.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree (D4/S1), preferably in Visual Communication Design (DKV), Graphic Design, or Multimedia.
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of work experience as a visual designer or in a similar position.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and light video editing software (such as Premiere Pro).
  • Understand technical specifications for digital assets, social media, and print materials (exhibitions).
  • Experience in creating brand guidelines and managing an organized asset library.
  • Highly detail-oriented and consistent in applying brand identity.
