Qualifications:
2-3 years of experience in community management (Community Manager, Social Engagement, Customer Engagement, or similar)
Experience in sales and marketing
Experience in the training and consulting industry is a plus
Ability to build community, connections, and create positive community experiences
Ability to analyze community and social media data
Ability to manage both offline and online events
Communicative, empathetic, and proactive
Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
Willing to work on-site at Pancoran Mas, Depok
