UniTAG is looking for a passionate and experienced
Sales Online Manager
to lead and grow our online sales division. This role will play a key part in managing
Livestreaming, Online Customer Service, and Customer Care / After Sales
to ensure customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the Online Sales team (Livestream, Customer Service, and Customer Care / After Sales).
  • Take ownership of
    KPI and revenue targets
    in Livestreaming & Customer Service areas.
  • Build strategies to improve customer experience across Livestream, Customer Service, and Customer Care.
  • Manage Customer Care / After Sales team to ensure customer loyalty, retention, and satisfaction.
  • Oversee and manage Livestream Hosts as a key customer acquisition & direct sales channel.
  • Act as the main liaison to strengthen customer interactions through digital/virtual events.
  • Analyze customer satisfaction and needs (via surveys) to drive service improvement.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to unify the customer journey.
  • Prepare reports and provide strategic recommendations to management (NPS, CSAT, Retention, Livestream Revenue).

General Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Marketing Management, or other relevant fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience leading teams in Livestream Hosting / Customer Service (Pre-sale & After-sale).
  • Background in gadgets, gadget accessories, lifestyle tech, IoT, or related industries.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends in gadgets and accessories.
  • Strong knowledge of
    Customer Journey Mapping, Service Design, and Digital Engagement Tools
    .
  • Service-oriented, with a focus on customer maintenance and retention.
  • Willing to be placed in
    Malang, Indonesia
    .
