What will you do?

Perform installation, test functions, and product training for the customer
Conduct maintenance, troubleshooting, calibration, and service of medical and hemodialysis machine (including the RO/reverse osmosis)
Maintain the installed products according to current regulations or applied standards
Good customer satisfaction to maintain good relationships with the principals and customers
Create service and installation reports and other supporting data after visiting the customers

What are we looking for?

Minimum diploma or bachelor's degree in Electromedical/Electro Engineering
Minimum 2 year experience as medical technician (specifically handle hemodialysis devices)
Have certificates as hemodialysis engineer/training related
Good understanding of hemodialysis process
Proficient in English (verbal and written)
Have a driver's license (A, C, or both)
Willing to do regular business trips
Will be placed in Tegal or Prabumulih (Palembang) area.
