Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies in line with brand guidelines and sales objectives.
- Plan and execute in-store displays, window installations, mannequin styling, and signage layouts.
- Regularly update visual presentations based on promotions, seasons, and product launches.
- Collaborate with store managers and the marketing team to ensure cohesive branding across all touchpoints.
- Analyze store layout and traffic flow to optimize product placement and customer engagement.
- Monitor and report on competitor displays and market trends.
- Train store staff on visual merchandising standards and ensure consistent execution across all locations.
- Maintain visual merchandising tools, props, and fixtures in good condition.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during display setup.
- 2 - 4 years experience as visual merchandiser.
- Preferably Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Visual Merchandising, Fashion Design, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Strong sense of design, color, and style with excellent attention to detail.
- Good understanding of retail operations and consumer behavior.
- Proficiency in visual merchandising software or basic graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Flexibility to travel between stores and work evenings/weekends as needed.
