Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies in line with brand guidelines and sales objectives.
  • Plan and execute in-store displays, window installations, mannequin styling, and signage layouts.
  • Regularly update visual presentations based on promotions, seasons, and product launches.
  • Collaborate with store managers and the marketing team to ensure cohesive branding across all touchpoints.
  • Analyze store layout and traffic flow to optimize product placement and customer engagement.
  • Monitor and report on competitor displays and market trends.
  • Train store staff on visual merchandising standards and ensure consistent execution across all locations.
  • Maintain visual merchandising tools, props, and fixtures in good condition.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during display setup.
Qualifications
  • 2 - 4 years experience as visual merchandiser.
  • Preferably Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Visual Merchandising, Fashion Design, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Strong sense of design, color, and style with excellent attention to detail.
  • Good understanding of retail operations and consumer behavior.
  • Proficiency in visual merchandising software or basic graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Flexibility to travel between stores and work evenings/weekends as needed.
