Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide insightful data support to cross-functional teams, including but not limited to the regional sales analyst team, visual merchandising team, brand ambassador team, sales field team, logistics team, and finance team.
  • Utilize data and automation to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency across functions.
  • Evaluate financial and operational risks and offer actionable recommendations to mitigate their impact.
  • Identify business opportunities and provide insights to optimize growth potential.
  • Monitor business programs to ensure effective utilization and propose improvements when necessary.
  • Visualize complex data and present it in an accessible, actionable format.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Engineering, or a related field from reputable university is preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in data analytics or business development, preferably within FMCG (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Google Slides, and familiarity with data analysis tools (Power BI, SQL, Python, etc.).
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
  • Results-oriented, with a focus on data-driven processes to achieve outcomes.
  • Proactive and willing to challenge the status quo.
  • Strong attention to detail and proficiency in English.
  • Ability to join immediately and work on-site (Mega Kuningan, Jakarta Selatan).
