Job Overview:
This role focuses on ensuring smooth operational processes by supporting merchant partners from onboarding to ongoing activities. The position involves assisting merchants throughout their journey, collaborating with cross-functional teams (such as Key Account, Operations, Legal, Payment, and Finance), and providing timely support and issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle onboarding processes for new and existing merchant partners.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to provide operational and administrative support.
- Monitor merchant devices, data, and daily operational processes to ensure smooth performance.
- Support daily business-as-usual (BAU) administrative tasks.
- Manage and distribute agreements to merchant partners.
- Ensure compliance with operational standards and internal guidelines.
- Initiate and execute continuous process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1.5 years of professional experience in a related field.
- Skilled in administrative operations and familiar with merchant or partner management processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office & Google Workspace (especially Excel/Spreadsheet).
- Able to work independently, under pressure, and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong coordination and communication skills across teams for handling onboarding, activation, and issue resolution.
