Job Overview:
This role focuses on ensuring smooth operational processes by supporting merchant partners from onboarding to ongoing activities. The position involves assisting merchants throughout their journey, collaborating with cross-functional teams (such as Key Account, Operations, Legal, Payment, and Finance), and providing timely support and issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle onboarding processes for new and existing merchant partners.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to provide operational and administrative support.
  • Monitor merchant devices, data, and daily operational processes to ensure smooth performance.
  • Support daily business-as-usual (BAU) administrative tasks.
  • Manage and distribute agreements to merchant partners.
  • Ensure compliance with operational standards and internal guidelines.
  • Initiate and execute continuous process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1.5 years of professional experience in a related field.
  • Skilled in administrative operations and familiar with merchant or partner management processes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office & Google Workspace (especially Excel/Spreadsheet).
  • Able to work independently, under pressure, and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong coordination and communication skills across teams for handling onboarding, activation, and issue resolution.
