Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver impactful training programs—both soft skills and technical—based on TNA insights to drive employee growth.
  • Coordinate end-to-end logistics for training, knowledge sharing, cultural initiatives, and engagement programs.
  • Manage documentation and administrative processes to ensure smooth program execution.
  • Track and report on program outcomes, budgets, and effectiveness to support continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal and external trainers or speakers to create meaningful learning experiences.
  • Facilitate training and knowledge-sharing sessions, ensuring they run effectively and on schedule.
  • Plan and execute internal events that strengthen company culture and employee engagement.
  • Administer and optimize the Learning Management System (LMS) to enhance digital learning efficiency.
  • Contribute to departmental and company goals by supporting various corporate human capital initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any major, preferably in Psychology or Management.
  • 1–2 years of experience in the field of training, learning, or people development.
  • Certified Trainer or equivalent professional certification in learning and development.
  • Strong understanding of Employee Engagement and Retention Management.
  • Skilled in conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA).
  • Knowledgeable in Change Management principles and practices.
  • Experienced in effective Training Design and Delivery.
