Responsibilities
- Design and deliver impactful training programs—both soft skills and technical—based on TNA insights to drive employee growth.
- Coordinate end-to-end logistics for training, knowledge sharing, cultural initiatives, and engagement programs.
- Manage documentation and administrative processes to ensure smooth program execution.
- Track and report on program outcomes, budgets, and effectiveness to support continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with internal and external trainers or speakers to create meaningful learning experiences.
- Facilitate training and knowledge-sharing sessions, ensuring they run effectively and on schedule.
- Plan and execute internal events that strengthen company culture and employee engagement.
- Administer and optimize the Learning Management System (LMS) to enhance digital learning efficiency.
- Contribute to departmental and company goals by supporting various corporate human capital initiatives.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any major, preferably in Psychology or Management.
- 1–2 years of experience in the field of training, learning, or people development.
- Certified Trainer or equivalent professional certification in learning and development.
- Strong understanding of Employee Engagement and Retention Management.
- Skilled in conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA).
- Knowledgeable in Change Management principles and practices.
- Experienced in effective Training Design and Delivery.
