Requirement

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, or Business.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in HR, with strong background as HRBP in multinational manufacturing or automotive companies.
• Solid understanding of HR strategy, workforce planning, and organizational development.
• Proven experience in change management, talent development, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Able to work closely with senior leaders as a strategic advisor and coach.
• Confident in using HR analytics and performance management tools to support business goals.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor law and experience aligning global HR practices with local compliance.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-performance environments with a focus on agility and innovation also Fluent in English both written and spoken.
• High integrity, strong business acumen, and ability to balance people and performance priorities

Job Description Responsibilities

• Build and implement training systems, programs, and evaluations.(main job)
• Manage end-to-end hiring process to ensure timely onboarding.
• Handle payroll, attendance, and social security accurately.
• Resolve labor issues, conduct exit interviews, and improve engagement.
• Support HRIS and overall HR processes in the plant.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field; knowledge of labor law is a plus.
• At least 3 years in HR; manufacturing background preferred.
• Strong in Training & Development and adaptable to HR systems.
• Fluent in Chinese or English is a must, with mandatory Indonesian.
• Good communication, problem-solving, and cross-cultural skills.
