Outsourching Manager (Construction)

Qualifications :

Diploma, Bachelor Degree or Master Degree in Psychology, HR Management or related field.
Fluent in Mandarin (Spoken)
Have experience more than 3 years as a Outsourcing Industry specialist Contraction Industry
Strong leadership skills and ability to manage cross-disciplinary teams.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities :

Manage daily operations across outsourcing projects.
Coordinate with clients to meet service expectations and resolve issues.
Supervise and support operational teams for optimal performance.
Ensure compliance with company policies and client requirements.
Proactively identifies issues and emerging risks and takes swift action to resolve or escalate as appropriate
Participate in the evaluation and selection process external partners
Assess, monitor, document, and communicate on outsourced costs, project status, risks and key learnings to stakeholders
