  • Ensure that the Service Team serves customers according to SOP
  • Report every incident at the outlet to the superior
  • Calculate the outlet costs and expenses routinely
  • Create Sales and Marketing reports periodically
  • Conduct training to improve customer satisfaction
  • Lead briefings when starting a shift
  • Ensure grooming standards are in accordance with the provisions
  • Ensure the supply of equipment and supplies through inventory
  • Ensure the service sequence is in accordance with the procedure
  • Ensuring the team works according to SOP and HACCP standards.

Qualification:

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality/Management or equivalent from reputable university
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related position
  • Having experience in Food & Beverage Industry/Retail (Restaurant)
  • Having knowledge of Food Safety Management System (GMP & HACCP)
  • Must be Fluent in English both written & verbal
  • Good management, leadership and problem solving skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast moving environment company
