- Ensure that the Service Team serves customers according to SOP
- Report every incident at the outlet to the superior
- Calculate the outlet costs and expenses routinely
- Create Sales and Marketing reports periodically
- Conduct training to improve customer satisfaction
- Lead briefings when starting a shift
- Ensure grooming standards are in accordance with the provisions
- Ensure the supply of equipment and supplies through inventory
- Ensure the service sequence is in accordance with the procedure
- Ensuring the team works according to SOP and HACCP standards.
Qualification:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality/Management or equivalent from reputable university
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related position
- Having experience in Food & Beverage Industry/Retail (Restaurant)
- Having knowledge of Food Safety Management System (GMP & HACCP)
- Must be Fluent in English both written & verbal
- Good management, leadership and problem solving skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast moving environment company
