Job responsibilities
- With experience to handle full set of accounts independently at least 5 years.
- Handle AP & AR and all bank related transactions
- Overseeing the daily activities of the accounts & admin department and ensuring that all required daily & Monthly reports are completed accurately and on time
- Cash flow management & projection
- Financial Reports analysis and creating reports for Management, stakeholders and external parties
- Coordinating with Statutory Boards & agencies, External Auditor & Tax consultant
- Payroll
Job requirement
- Degree in accounting / Finance or related field
- Able to work independently and with experience to lead the accounts team more than 3 years
- Experience in Management, Accounting, or related field may be preferred
- Good communication skill (in English) is preferred.
- Familiarise with good knowledge and experience in Indonesia local Audit & tax regulations and all mandatory statutory filing and reports.
- With Experience in handling payroll is required.
- Candidate who has experience in Handling Shipping Accounts with shipping knowledge will be added advantage.
Salary range - Commensurate with working experience and qualifications
Working hours: 8AM to 5 PM
