is seeking a highly motivated and experienced
Operations Trainer & Lead
to support and elevate the operational excellence across our properties. About the Role

The Operations Trainer & Lead is responsible for ensuring that all operational staff across our properties are well-trained, aligned with SOPs, and capable of delivering consistently high service standards. This role combines hands-on property visits, staff coaching, performance monitoring, and training material development.

You will play a key role in driving operational efficiency, maintaining cleanliness standards, and supporting overall service quality across Rukita units.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive operational and housekeeping training for on-site staff.
  • Ensure proper implementation and compliance of SOPs across all assigned properties.
  • Perform routine property visits to evaluate operational performance and identify improvement areas.
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and feedback to housekeeping staff and operational teams.
  • Assist in standardizing cleaning procedures, room checks, and operational workflows.
  • Collaborate with the Operations team to maintain high-quality living experiences for residents.
  • Prepare training reports, track staff development progress, and ensure continuous improvement.
  • Support onboarding of new operational team members.

Qualifications

  • Minimum
    3 years of experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor
    in a hotel environment.
  • Minimum education
    SMA/SMK (High School or Vocational School)
    or equivalent.
  • Possess a
    personal vehicle (motorcycle)
    and willingness to travel between properties.
  • Strong understanding of housekeeping standards, cleaning procedures, and hotel operations.
  • Good communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple sites and work in a mobile, fast-paced environment.
  • Open to
