We are seeking a motivated and results‑driven Business Development Executive/Sales Executive to join our dynamic BD team. The BDE/Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, meeting sales goals, and driving revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and qualify leads, prospect opportunities, and develop relationships with potential clients.
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals while maintaining established sales quotas.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer information, and pipeline development in HubSpot system.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive, Field B2B Sales, or relevant role in SaaS industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills with a keen ability to handle objections.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self‑motivated with a results‑driven approach.
  • Minimum 2 years experience as a sales professional.
  • Must be able to work in Jakarta.
