The Opportunity
PT Panin Asset Management is seeking a talented and driven Retail Marketing (Reksa Dana Sales) professional to join our team on a contract basis. This role will be instrumental in driving the growth and success of our retail investment funds and services, with a focus on engaging and nurturing relationships with our valued clients.

Key responsibilities
- Actively involved in develop and implement effective marketing strategies plans to achieve sales targets, expand our customer base and promote our range of retail investment funds.
- Manage and cultivate relationships with both new and existing retail clients, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and retention.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform the development of our retail investment offerings.
- Assist with the organisation and execution of client events, seminars, and other marketing initiatives.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our retail marketing processes and strategies
What we're looking for
- Minimum Bachelor's (S1) Degree in Economics, Business, Marketing Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail marketing, sales, or client relationship management, preferably in the investment or financial services industry.
- Minimum 3 years experience as Marketing Team Leader in Mutual Fund or Banking (prefered for Team Leader)
- Strong understanding of the retail investment market, including the various investment products, regulations, and customer behaviour.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers.
- Proficiency in creating compelling and visually appealing marketing materials, using both traditional and digital channels.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and customer insights to inform marketing strategies.
- Proactive, adaptable, and target-oriented, with a commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences.
- Having WAPERD license is a PLUS.
