About the Role

As a Sales Engineer at PT Sentral Laharindo Servis, you will play an important role in supporting our business growth in Tuban. This is a full-time position where you will work closely with clients, offering technical support and helping them find the best solutions for their needs.  Your strategic and consultative approach will be key to identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
  • Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and reports
  • Build and maintain good relationships with clients
  • Understand customer needs and provide the right solutions
  • Explain the Technical features of our products & services to customers
  • Support the sales process by resolving Technical concerns
  • Conduct product demos and answer Technical questions
  • Be the main contact for any Technical questions or issues
Qualifications
  • Preferably based in Tuban or Lamongan
  • Bachelor's degree in any major (Business, Engineering, or related field preferred)
  • Previous experience in B2B sales or industrial sales is an advantage
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Customer-focused with a results-driven mindset
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fluent in English
