Role Overview

The Sales Executive (Mandarin) will be responsible for driving property and industrial estate sales by identifying prospects, building strong client relationships, and closing deals to meet monthly and annual sales targets. This role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage clients in both Mandarin and English.

As part of the sales team, the Sales Executive will actively participate in market research, client presentations, and negotiations, while maintaining long-term relationships with customers. This role also involves preparing regular sales reports, analyzing market trends, and contributing to business development strategies that strengthen the company's presence in the highly competitive property and industrial estate sector.


Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets in line with company goals.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, including prospecting, presentations, negotiations, and closing deals.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, industrial partners, and strategic stakeholders.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and track competitor activities.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports to management.
  • Represent the company professionally at client meetings, site visits, and business networking events.

Candidate Requirements
  • Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Experience:

  • 2–3 years of B2B property sales experience.

  • Interns who have obtained bachelor certifications are welcome, with relevant sales experience.
  • Language Skills: Mandarin HSK 4 and business-level English.
  • Professional and Personal Qualities:

  • Strong communication and presentation abilities.

  • Negotiation skills with proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
