What You'll Do :
As an Supply Chain & Logistic Intern, you will support our team in day-to-day operations including:
- Tracking logistics activities and ensuring timely delivery of goods.
- Assisting in shipping arrangement and coordination with third-party logistics partners.
- Managing and filing delivery notes, supporting documents, and internal records.
- Communicating with internal team to confirm arrival schedules and provide necessary documentation.
- Monitoring order fulfilments.
- Assisting internal improvement initiatives in warehouse or logistics processes.
Who you are :
- Fresh graduate from Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields
- Detail-oriented and comfortable working with data (you must advance in operating Microsoft Office)
- Good communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills
- Detail oriented, have self-discipline, and proactive mindset.
- Must be fluent in English (at least conversational, and excellent in writing)

Working days :
(1) Mon, Tue, Wed ~ WFO, 9-18 AND Sat ~ WFH, 9-15
