Job Description:

  • Manage and maintain all General Affair activities, including Office management, building facilities, hub area facility, repairs, and renovations
  • Handling staff housing
  • Communicate with related suppliers/vendors in purchasing office supplies, office maintenance.
  • Supervise and lead a team of administrative staff, providing guidance and support
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to general affairs
  • Collaborate with other departments to support their general affairs needs and initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree of
    Civil Engineering (prioritized) or any related education
  • Min. 3-5 years
    related experiences in GA
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret the most complex documents.
  • Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints.
  • Must demonstrate outstanding leadership skills, having an ability to move a cross-functional group in a unified direction and with a common vision.
