What You'll Do
- Be hands-on in daily warehouse operations: packing, labeling, stock check, and shipment coordination.
- Track and improve fulfillment accuracy, delivery time, and customer satisfaction.
- Handle delivery and service issues with empathy, speed, and full ownership.
- Maintain clear, structured dashboards or trackers to support decisions.
- Find weak points in process flow and fix them — permanently.
- Use data and AI tools to automate or simplify repetitive work.
- Ensure that every product received by the customer reflects care, precision, and credibility.
