The Opportunity
We are looking for a
Co-Founder
with a strong background in
technology sales, partnerships, and business development
. This role is ideal for a socially driven leader who can bridge innovation with market adoption, turning our AI product vision into commercial success.
You will be responsible for:
- Developing and executing the
go-to-market strategy
across Indonesia. - Building partnerships with
SME associations
, government programs, financial institutions, and digital platforms. - Driving
customer acquisition
and
enterprise collaborations
. - Translating client feedback into actionable insights for product development.
- Representing PawangBisnis at industry events, investor discussions, and ecosystem engagements.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in
B2B SaaS, ERP, or technology solution sales
. - Strong
relationship-building and negotiation skills
with business leaders and government stakeholders. - Entrepreneurial mindset — self-driven, adaptable, and hands-on.
- Fluency in
English and Bahasa Indonesia
. - Familiarity with the Indonesian SME landscape is highly preferred.
- Prior startup or fundraising experience is a plus.
