About the Role
We are seeking a Finance System Analyst Manager to act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and a key liaison between Finance & Accounting and IT. This role is responsible for driving financial system digitalization, managing end-to-end system projects, and ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze finance & accounting business needs and identify digitalization opportunities.
- Develop and execute a financial system roadmap aligned with corporate strategy.
- Manage the full project lifecycle: initiation, planning, development, implementation, and evaluation.
- Conduct business process mapping, gap analysis, and system integration design.
- Define requirements and testing criteria, and ensure successful UAT delivery.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Finance, IT, and management for requirements and reporting.
- Monitor system performance, ensure compliance, and drive continuous improvement.
- Document best practices and SOPs, and conduct knowledge transfer to users and support teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience in finance system analysis, project management, or digital transformation.
- Strong understanding of financial processes, ERP/financial systems, and IT collaboration.
- Excellent ms office, communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Minimum 4 years of work experience at the managerial level in finance, accounting, or IT.
- Willing to work on-site & full-time at Titan Center, Bintaro, South Tangerang.
