Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with strong foundation in algorithms and data structures.
Minimum 5 years experience in software engineering within distributed systems.
Proficient in backend programming languages (Golang preferred, or willing to learn quickly).
Proven experience designing and implementing large-scale, highly available services.
Strong knowledge of performance optimization and system scalability.
Excellent communication, analytical, and system design skills.
Proficient in one or more programming languages (e.g., C/C++, Java, Scala, Rust, Python, , etc.)
Proficiency in English
