Job Description
Lead and manage the overall Food & Beverage operations including restaurant, bar, and events.
Ensure excellent customer service, product quality, and compliance with company standards.
Develop and manage budgets, monitor food and beverage costs, and implement cost-control measures.
Drive sales growth through effective promotions, upselling strategies, and innovative concepts.
Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
Prepare operational reports and provide analysis for management review.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Qualifications
Minimum Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or a related field.
At least 3–5 years of proven experience in an F&B Manager or similar leadership role.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Solid understanding of F&B financial management, including budgeting and cost control.
Knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and service excellence.
Creative, result-oriented, and capable of working under pressure.
Fluency in English is an advantage
