Job Description

  • Lead and manage the overall Food & Beverage operations including restaurant, bar, and events.

  • Ensure excellent customer service, product quality, and compliance with company standards.

  • Develop and manage budgets, monitor food and beverage costs, and implement cost-control measures.

  • Drive sales growth through effective promotions, upselling strategies, and innovative concepts.

  • Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.

  • Prepare operational reports and provide analysis for management review.

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or a related field.

  • At least 3–5 years of proven experience in an F&B Manager or similar leadership role.

  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

  • Solid understanding of F&B financial management, including budgeting and cost control.

  • Knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and service excellence.

  • Creative, result-oriented, and capable of working under pressure.

  • Fluency in English is an advantage
