Job Description
- Manage and optimize Meta Ads & Google Ads campaigns with measurable results.
- Build and test campaign structures, including audience segmentation, budget allocation, and placement strategy.
- Run A/B testing on creatives, copy, audiences, and bidding strategies.
- Deliver campaign performance reports with clear, actionable insights.
- Execute short-term marketing strategies to achieve quick wins while supporting long-term goals.
- Lead and manage mid-to-large scale marketing projects, including cross-team coordination and performance monitoring.
- Guide the team in crafting high-converting content strategies, with a strong mastery of HOOKS, branding, storytelling, and audience engagement to maximize ROAS.
- Analyze digital marketing trends and consumer behavior, then translate them into actionable strategies.
- Collaborate closely with the Digital Marketing Lead to align short-term execution with long-term vision.
Requirement
- Male/Female with minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, specialized in Meta Ads & Google Ads.
- Proficient in tracking & data tools (Pixel, GA4, Conversion API, GTM).
- Strong leadership skills: able to inspire, guide, and drive the team toward results.
- Proven track record in leading mid-to-large scale marketing projects with measurable impact.
- Creative thinker with out-of-the-box ideas and bold execution.
- Confident and active on social media (personal content/portfolio presence is a strong plus).
- Always up-to-date with digital marketing trends, AI tools, and pop culture.
- Highly result-driven, with strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
