Responsibilities

We are currently hiring for our sister company, based in Bandung.

Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible for all outlet operational activities (Opening, Running, and Closing).
  • Ensure outlet performance and achieve sales targets.
  • Oversee outlet inventory management.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints.
  • Conduct training and monitor staff performance on the floor.
  • Coordinate across different sections within the outlet.
  • Manage team scheduling and shift arrangements.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an Outlet/Restaurant Manager in the F&B or Hospitality industry.
  • Experience in Indonesian, Sundanese, or Asian cuisine is a plus.
  • Placement in Bandung (DAGO)
