Responsibilities
We are currently hiring for our sister company, based in Bandung.
Key Responsibilities- Responsible for all outlet operational activities (Opening, Running, and Closing).
- Ensure outlet performance and achieve sales targets.
- Oversee outlet inventory management.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints.
- Conduct training and monitor staff performance on the floor.
- Coordinate across different sections within the outlet.
- Manage team scheduling and shift arrangements.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Outlet/Restaurant Manager in the F&B or Hospitality industry.
- Experience in Indonesian, Sundanese, or Asian cuisine is a plus.
- Placement in Bandung (DAGO)
