As we continue to grow, we are looking for a HR Generalist to support and strengthen our people operations, ensuring smooth HR processes and an engaging workplace culture.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate selection.
- Conduct effective interviews and assessments to ensure the right talent fit for various positions.
- Handle onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and SOPs in line with company regulations and labor laws.
- Support manpower planning to meet the company's expansion needs.
- Maintain HRIS systems and ensure accurate personnel records, attendance, and payroll administration.
- Handle employee relations, grievance management, and conflict resolution.
- Prepare HR reports and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
Requirements:
- At least 3–5 years of experience as an HR Generalist , with strong focus on recruitment.
- Proven ability to source, assess, and select candidates across various levels, preferably in the F&B or retail industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor law and HR best practices.
- Experience with HRIS systems and payroll management (Talenta, Greatday, or similar).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in conducting interviews.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple priorities.
- High integrity, professionalism, and a problem-solving mindset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
