We are welcoming high caliber professionals to come on board as part of our management team as IT Business Partner- Transformation and Project Management who will play a crucial role in connecting technology initiatives with business objectives, ensure that digital transformations align with organizational goals, and drive operational efficiencies. In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities:
- Core Member of Manufacturing IT: Designs, implements, and optimizes technology systems for production systems (e.g. Siemens, Aspentech), focusing on the hardware, software, and networks that control manufacturing equipment and processes
- Technology Implementation: Overseeing the implementation of digital solutions such as user friendly comprehensive digital tool, online cloud-based platforms, AI-powered chatbots, and blockchain technology. This includes evaluating and selecting appropriate technology vendors and platforms.
- Customer Experience Enhancement: Improving the overall customer journey by optimizing digital channels, personalizing services, and leveraging data analytics to gain insights into customer behavior.
- Cybersecurity and Compliance: Ensuring the security and compliance of digital systems and processes to protect customer data and maintain regulatory standards. This involves understanding of SBD (Secure-by-design) process, implementing robust cybersecurity measures and staying updated on relevant regulations.
- Partnerships and Collaborations: Identifying opportunities for partnerships with industry leading companies and technology service providers, and respective Unilever organizations within the reach who can potentially help driving innovation and enhance UOI's digital capabilities.
- Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of digital initiatives and making data-driven decisions to optimize processes and improve outcomes.
- Stakeholder Management: Engaging with internal stakeholders such as executives, department heads, and employees to gain buy-in for digital transformation initiatives and communicate progress and benefits.
Job Requirement:
• Must have University Degree in Information Systems / Industrial Science / Automation
• 4+ years of working experience in Manufacturing plant including core competence in Project Management
• Must have in depth understanding of- Technology in Manufacturing Process, IT Security Terms, Computer Networking, Communication Topologies, SDLC, Etc.
• Very strong and fluent in English communication and presentation (is mandatory)
• Willing to learn and ability to manage priorities, can drive things as an individual and proactive member of the IT team.
• Following will be considered as an added qualification- knowledge in:
i) Windows Server, Cloud Security, SharePoint, Operating Systems
ii) Basics Understanding of- ITIL Processes, ISO & TOGAF Standards
iii) Knowledge in Project Management Tools- PMP, Prince2, JIRA, MS VISIO
