Job Description :

  • Plan, execute, and oversee event exhibitions and offline activations to boost brand awareness and drive sales.
  • Lead and coordinate the event team to ensure smooth on-ground execution.
  • Manage event logistics, from booth setup to stock preparation, cash handling, and daily reporting.
  • Work closely with other divisions to set and achieve event revenue targets.
  • Actively engage during events — hosting, product demo, and ensuring high customer interaction.
  • Monitor event performance, analyze ROI, and provide improvement insights for future activities.
  • Maintain strong relationships with event organizers and partners to secure potential collaboration opportunities.

Responsibilities :

  • Min. Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in event management or brand activation, preferably in FMCG, retail, or beauty industry.
  • Proven leadership in handling large event teams and field operations.
  • Target-driven, hands-on, and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to think on your feet during events.
  • Willing to travel for events and work on weekends if needed (as per event schedule).
