The Head of Operations oversees the daily operations of the institution to ensure academic excellence and organizational efficiency. This role manages administrative, financial, and support functions while driving continuous improvement in processes, resources, and service quality. The ideal candidate combines strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of educational operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate all operational functions, including administration, finance, HR, and facilities.
- Ensure smooth academic and non-academic operations aligned with institutional goals.
- Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and budgets.
- Collaborate with academic leaders to support teaching, learning, and student experience.
- Monitor performance metrics and drive process improvements.
- Represent the institution in external engagements when needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field (Master's preferred).
- 8+ years of experience in operations or management, preferably in established education institution.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
