About the Role
Exciting opportunity to manage international trade operations for a leading medical supplies manufacturing company.
You will be responsible for handling export and import documentation, permits, and compliance processes to ensure the smooth and timely delivery of goods and materials within bonded or special economic zone.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all export and import documentation, including INSW, CEISA, and SIINAS systems.
- Coordinate with government agencies and customs for permit applications and approvals.
- Prepare, verify, and maintain shipping and customs documents for all imported and exported goods.
- Ensure compliance with bonded zone (KEK) regulations and trade procedures.
- Liaise with internal departments, suppliers, and logistics partners to support shipment schedules.
- Maintain accurate records of trade transactions and related reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in all majors, preferably in International Business, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in export and import operations within a bonded or special economic zone manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of customs regulations, INSW, CEISA, and SIINAS systems.
- Good communication and coordination skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently under tight deadlines.
