Responsibilities
  • Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
  • Translate business needs into clear user stories, process models, and solution proposals.
  • Conduct workshops, interviews, and requirement walkthroughs with stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with development and QA teams to ensure requirements are correctly implemented and validated.
  • Maintain documentation governance, version control, and traceability across SDLC.
  • Identify process gaps and improvement opportunities for efficiency and quality.
  • (For senior level) Mentor junior analysts and ensure adherence to documentation standards.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Minimum 2-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role within payment, loyalty or financial industries.
  • Strong understanding of system analysis, process re-engineering, and IT delivery lifecycles .
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Hands‑on experience working in Agile/Scrum or Waterfall environments.
  • Proficient in using tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Lucidchart, Whimsical, Figma, or similar .
  • Familiarity with SQL or data visualization tools for analysis.
  • Preferred certifications: CBAP, PMI-PBA, IIBA‑AAC, or Agile (Scrum Master / Product Owner) .
