Responsibilities:
- Develop content plans and scripts for TikTok Video Ads and Instagram Ads.
- Strategize content pillars and sub-pillars to align with marketing objectives.
- Conduct comprehensive research and analysis on consumer sentiments and emerging social media trends.
- Collaborate with and oversee the content creator and video editor team to ensure adherence to content guidelines and achieve high-quality output.
- Strategize and enhance content delivery and promotional efforts.
- Analyze the effectiveness of the content marketing strategy to assess its impact.
Requirements:
- Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in content planning, social media specialist roles, content strategy, or other related positions.
- Fluent in English, both verbally and in written communication.
- Hold a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
- Preferred background or exposure to the beauty industry.
- Demonstrate a robust understanding of TikTok and Instagram trends, social media trends, and algorithms to craft compelling ad content.
- Proven experience in creating ad content scripts.
- Exhibit a personal passion for the beauty industry and in-depth knowledge of beauty trends.
