We are looking for a highly creative professional with strong expertise in graphic design and video editing, complemented by skills in copywriting and digital marketing. The ideal candidate will lead the creation of visually compelling content — from graphics to video — while ensuring messaging and campaigns are effective across digital platforms.


Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design & Visual Content (Primary Focus)

  • Create high-quality graphics, illustrations, and layouts for campaigns, websites, and social media.
  • Develop consistent brand assets and maintain a strong visual identity.
  • Design marketing collaterals, infographics, and promotional materials.

Video Production & Editing (Primary Focus)

  • Plan, shoot, and edit engaging videos for marketing campaigns, social media, and product launches.
  • Produce short-form and long-form video content optimized for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
  • Add animations, motion graphics, and sound effects to enhance storytelling.

Copywriting & Content Development

  • Write clear, creative, and engaging copy for ads, social posts, landing pages, and email campaigns.
  • Adapt brand voice and tone to suit different platforms and audiences.
  • Collaborate with design and marketing teams to ensure visual and written content work cohesively.

Digital Marketing & Campaign Execution

  • Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including:

  • Social Media: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter/X, Pinterest, Snapchat

  • Email Marketing: Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo, or similar tools
  • Paid Ads: Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads
  • Search: SEO (organic) and SEM (paid search)
  • Track and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven expertise in graphic design and video editing (portfolio required).
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or equivalent tools.
  • Strong knowledge of digital platforms and marketing tools (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, SEO/analytics).
  • Excellent writing and communication skills.
