We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Support/Assistan Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team and help oversee and execute furniture projects from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist project coordinators coordinate all aspects of furniture projects for hospitality clients, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to specifications.
- Assist project coordinators to collaborate with internal teams, including design, production, and logistics, to manage project timelines and resources effectively.
- Monitor project progress and resolve any issues or delays that arise.
- Assist project coordinators maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, and reports.
- Assist project coordinators in daily administrative and operational tasks.
- Help track project timelines, documentation, and communications with internal departments.
Maintain records of shipping documents, invoices, and customs clearance.
Perform other support tasks as required by the Employer related to project and material logistics.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 2–4 years of projects experience, preferably in the furniture, interior design, or hospitality sectors.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Interior Design, or a related field.
Skills:
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCad and SketchUp.
- Knowledge of furniture manufacturing processes or materials.
Other Requirements:
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Willingness to travel for site visits and client meetings.
- Willingness to be based in Jepara.
- Fluent in English.
