Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Sales Engineer, located in Kelapa Gading. Some work from home is acceptable. The Senior Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support to the sales team, maintaining and growing customer relationships, and driving sales growth. Daily tasks include preparing and presenting technical proposals, troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating with clients to meet their needs.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Sales Engineering and Sales
- Strong Technical Support and Customer Service skills
- Excellent Communication skills
- Relevant experience in the elevator and escalator industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Flexibility to work in a hybrid work setting
