Main Responsibilities :
- Make and manage the annual budget (MPP, CAPEX, FOH) in accordance with company targets and strategic plans.
- Lead and manage all production activities across the mixing, extruder, oven, frying, and packing processes to ensure smooth, efficient, and safe operations.
- Ensure product quality and food safety compliance according to GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000 and Halal standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and optimize processes TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) preferably AM (Autonomous Maintenance)
- Collaborate closely with R&D, QA/QC, and PPIC teams for new product trials, production scheduling, and process optimization.
Job requirements :
- Min Bachelor's Degree in Industrial / Chemistry Engineering, Food Technology or related field.
- Min 3 years have Experience as Production Manager / Head of Production in Food Industry, especially Snack/ Chips (preferably with extruder, oven, and fryer processes).
- Have knowledge of GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000 and Halal system implementation.
- Have an understanding related to Project Management skills (Operational Excellent, TPM, AM).
- Have a good analytical thinking, communication skills, leadership and team work.
