Job Descriptions:
- Maintain and update employee databases, records, employment agreements, warning letters, reference letters, and other related documents.
- Handle the employee offboarding process; conduct exit interviews, and manage termination related documents.
- Provide support to employees on various HR-related matters and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Maintain records of all General Affairs-related documents.
- Manage operational costs related to company vehicles, including rental and/or purchase.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or other relevant fields from a reputable university.
- Minimum of 1 year of work experience in the HR field (fresh graduates with internship experience are welcome to apply).
- Proficiency in English is an advantage.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent computer literacy, including proficiency in email, Microsoft Office, and HR-related software.
- Ability to multitask, take initiative, and adapt quickly to new environments.
- Preferably residing in West Jakarta or Tangerang area.
