Local Sales Specialist (Indonesia Focus)

Primary Location: Indonesia (Frequent travel required across the region)
Initial Requirement
This role requires the successful candidate to be based in Jakarta for the first 2-3 years to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the market, product lines, and business operations. Future flexible or remote work arrangements may be considered after this initial period, based on performance and business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Market Expansion: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and potential client segments to significantly expand our market share in Indonesia.
- Sales & Business Development: Drive the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and initial contact to negotiation and closing deals.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, acting as a trusted advisor to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Reporting & Strategy: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and sales performance, providing regular reports and strategic recommendations to management.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of our products/services to effectively communicate value propositions to prospective and existing clients.
Qualifications and Experience
- Education: College degree or above (any field of study).
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of proven work experience in Sales, Business Development, or Marketing.
- Preferred: Prior experience specifically in business development and market expansion is a significant asset.
- Language Proficiency: Excellent proficiency in English (both written and verbal) is a non-negotiable requirement for professional communication.
- Language Bonus: Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is a strong plus.

- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable with and available for frequent travel within Indonesia.
