About the Role

A leading private hospital group in Indonesia is seeking an experienced Kepala Divisi Commercial to spearhead commercial growth initiatives at one of its key hospitals located in North Jakarta.
This strategic role will focus on developing partnerships, driving corporate revenue, and expanding B2B and insurance collaboration channels to strengthen the hospital's market presence and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the commercial and business development division across hospital networks.
  • Formulate and execute strategic plans to increase patient volume, service utilization, and profitability.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, insurance companies, and institutional partners.
  • Oversee pricing, proposal development, and contract negotiations with external partners.
  • Identify new business opportunities in corporate health programs, government partnerships, and third-party collaborations.
  • Work closely with marketing, finance, and operations to align commercial initiatives with business performance.
  • Develop and monitor commercial KPIs to achieve sustainable revenue growth.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Minimum 10–15 years of experience in commercial, business development, or corporate sales roles — ideally from healthcare, insurance, or service industries.
  • Proven track record in managing corporate and insurance partnerships.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strategic, analytical, and result-oriented mindset.
