Roles and Responsibilities- Develop and lead the long‑term sales strategy, ensuring alignment with regional and global growth objectives.
- Drive market expansion by identifying new opportunities, strengthening positioning with OEM, brand, and distributor clients, and entering untapped segments.
- Lead high‑impact business growth initiatives that secure strategic accounts, strengthen competitive market positioning, and build executive‑level client relationships to establish long‑term partnerships.
- Implement advanced sales methodologies, tools, and processes to improve customer engagement, strengthen partnerships, and increase conversion rates.
- Partner with regional leadership to influence product development, service offerings, and material innovation in line with market priorities.
- Build and develop a high‑performing sales organisation, ensuring the right structure, capabilities, and culture to deliver current and future growth.
- Represent the company at senior‑level industry events and client engagements to enhance brand credibility and strengthen market presence.
- Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to adapt strategies for sustained market leadership.
- Deliver accurate sales forecasts and actionable market insights to guide regional and global decision‑making.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Textile Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of progressive sales leadership experience, with at least 7 years in a senior management/director role in the footwear or related materials industry in Indonesia.
- Proven track record in business development, key account management, and achieving sales targets.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in contract negotiations, pricing strategy, and client relationship management.
- Strong technical knowledge of footwear materials such as midsoles, textiles, or adhesives.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills; experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce is an advantage.
- Proficiency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English is mandatory; additional proficiency in Chinese is advantageous.

This position requires building and maintaining strong relationships with retail partners, distributors, online platforms and direct customers while ensuring that every interaction reflects Daile's commitment to professionalism, creativity, and innovation.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage relationships with retail clients, distributors, and business partners.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities across retail stores, boutiques, and online marketplaces.
- Execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Conduct product presentations, negotiations, and deal closures.
