Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for responding to various IT software and hardware processing requests such as user mail requests, consultation, fault handling, etc., to ensure the normal and stable operation of IT-related facilities and equipment in the region
  • Be responsible for the needs assessment and scheme construction follow-up of IT infrastructure such as conference room, weak motor cabinet and printer installation and configuration;
  • Responsible for improving user satisfaction, continuous service improvement, regular service reports and other related work;
  • Participate in IT service management process planning, management system construction and document writing;
  • Be responsible for docking with business department needs and problem follow-up, and coordinate regional operation and maintenance resources;
  • Participate in the company's information security construction, and conduct necessary checks in case of violations;
  • Be responsible for the analysis of daily service data, identify repetitive and typical problems, and put forward suggestions for improvement.
  • Be responsible for making the standard IT service process according to IT IL principles

Requirement :

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Informatics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Informatics Management, Information System or equivalent.
  • Having 2-3 years experiences in IT Service / Help Desk
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply with related internship experience.
  • Familiar & understand IT infrastructure (server, network, storage, virtualization).
  • Understand basic IT security.
  • Ability to perform software/hardware installation and configuration
  • Fluent in Mandarin Language & English
