Responsibilities
- Developing & Executing comprehensive brand strategy & development (translate consumer insights into brand concepts, products ideas, and innovation pipelines) to achieve business objectives
- Leading Ideation (from concept, packaging and positioning) & Collaborate with product development & packaging development to create products that deliver on the brand promise to launch new products
- Managing the budget and ensure optimal allocation for the go to market & commercial strategy
- Plan & oversee marketing campaigns (digital, event, PR) to promote brand visibility and engagement and monitor campaign performance metrics
- Creating communication & key message for each brand
- A graduate of Bachelor Degree (preferably in Marketing, Business, Communications)
- At least 3 years of working experience in the same field, Experienced in FMCG, personal care / beauty industry is a plus
- Proven track record of successfully growing / managing brand and product innovation and experience in digital marketing and e-commerce strategies is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Skilled in creative, detail-oriented, possessing problem-solving and multitasking
